Abstract : In the shadow of the transitions and movement the Saudi society experiences currently, many social, lawful, and psychic problems appear. These problems need dealing and solutions using all efforts and specialists to deal with such problems. However, the Saudi women approved her positions and effectiveness in many sectors in society, she may contribute in solving these problems through working in lawful careers whose existence and expansion have become a basic require and a field of work in front of the Saudi women today. The study aimed to acknowledge on the Saudi women attitudes towards practicing the feminine element work in lawful careers. To achieve this aim, the study is based on available scientific methods such as descriptive, statistic methods. The sample is 400 girls from college of King Abdulaziz University and Private College chosen according to purposive samples procedures. For getting the data from the study sample, a questionnaire was prepared including close- ended questions about the study subject. The study concluded some results as follows: ● Existence of great support for Saudi women to practice the lawful careers reached 82%. ● 88% of the study sample supports constructing departments of Law in Saudi universities and enabling the Saudi girl to join these departments. ● Great number of the study sample; reached 86% expect high performance of the Saudi women in practicing lawful careers. ● In addition, the study present an urgent need for getting career opportunities in the lawful positions for the Saudi women today, specially in the field of Civil Affairs Courts.
