Abstract : This study aims at identifying and examining the impact of knowledge management on the mangers effectiveness. To achieve the goals of the study, questionnaire was developed and distributed to sample of (131) managers and (336) employees, which have been selected by using proportional stratified sample. A group of statistical techniques were used to analyze the data. The study reached the followings: 1. Knowledge management was existed in the Jordanian ministries at medium level. 2. Management effectiveness was existed in the Jordanian ministries at medium level. 3. The perceptions of the mangers toward knowledge management was high, where as the perceptions of the employees toward knowledge management was medium. 4. There is significant statistical effect of knowledge management on managers effectiveness. The study recommended that the ministries should support knowledge abilities and obligate the manager and employed to employ knowledge management in formulating, executing and evaluating organization, we should adopt more than one strategy in order to create effectiveness knowledge organization.
