Abstract |

The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the problematic unemployment discussing both problems of the youth in the world and more especially in Arab countries. After having a look rapidly at the actual situation characteristics and unemployment of the youth generation in the world, the research will consider the characteristics of the arabic market and pinpoints elements related to labour and unemployment in the arab countries. After we will look at the causes of high unemployment rates, compared to others regions in the developing world.
After that, we will tackle the various impacts of Unemployment and analyze some of the country’s experiences in recruiting youth, and the new and varied outcomes of this phenomenon, which has imposed itself in our changing living environment, and economic, societal and cultural changing, and institutional reforms in the twenty first century, in addition to the currency movement supported by globalization and the rapid development of technology.
The concluding part of the research, insist that, unemployment became a serious development problem in vast number arab countries. And this urges as to look for the adequate development policies to develop employment arab market, to ameliorate chances for employment, and to increase the capacity for concurrence between the arab countries, and encourage the societal dialogue in order to insure the participation and involvement of the youth generations in the politics and its establishment. |
