Abstract : Evaluation propenies are considered an important matter to select the property. which serves the different needs of the users with the best possible value The variation of evaluating elements, which resulted from the various needs, does not make the process of evaluation an easy task and it makes. the evaluation of the propenies a difficult maner using the traditional ways. which are used by the agents' dealers. This research is a serious attempt to find a scientific way to help the specialists in the process of evaluating the properties and it realizes the goals and the aims of the establishments. which benefit from the evaluation. In this research, the "Facilities Management" style will be used in this field to realize the needed evaluation to buy the permanent residence for the office of the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY) in the city of Jakarta in Indonesia. In the process of evaluation. choosing the most suitable shown properties is considered, which meets the goals (WAMY) and scrves its activities and various programs. II, also, covers most of the users needs according to special criteria, which are going to be selected after a careful study and in the light of recognized scientific way in this field. Also, every criterion will be evaluated in the light of various elements. which affect directly the mentioned criteria. The result of evaluation, which is resulted after many mathematical equations, will allow the properties to be put in order so that first one will be the one, which has the highest value of the final result of the evaluation The second one will' be the next highest value and so on This will be done while recommending the buying of the property which gets the first position to be the residence of the WAMY in the city of Jakarta in Indonesia
