Abstract : The present study describes 14 cases of Foreign bodies lathe gastro-intestinal ( 3 cases) and respiratory (one case) tracts in children. Five of the cases were endoscoped. Three successful trails of removal of the foreign bodies were obtained (one bronchoscopicly and two gastroscopicly). In addition, two foreignodies among the 14 cases were intra-mural (one in the oesophagus and one in the duodenum) and could neither be seen by the endoscope nor during surgery. Oesophagotoiny and duodenotomy to remove them had to be performed
