Abstract : The regulations of Saudi companies are considered one of the most effective tools that control the efficiency of Saudi companies particularly joint-stock companies, because the regulations endeavored to prescribe and design, organize and forms the limits of responsibilities for the management of these companies. Such regulations allow more flexibility in connection of basic regulation for each company so as to enable it to set what may deemed suitable for effectiveness of its boards, whereas the responsibilities of these regulation are very important, it is necessary to be revised so as to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency in formation of suitable works frame that helps in performance increase, particularly in light of new local and external challenges that faces these companies.
