To achieve this purpose, 250 managers of hospitals related to ministry of health in different settings were surveyed. Of these, one hundred-thirty nine were responded. Using different statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation, correlation, and ANOVA, results showed that OCB existed in these hospitals, but it was low. A relationship between manager’s age and the perception of OCB was found. Also, significant differences between Arab and non-Arab expatriates with regard to some dimensions were revealed. Finally, a number of practical and academic recommendations was presented.
