Abstract : The author defines each term in the title of the discussion forum, especially the terms of murabahah, ?inah and tawarruq, both from the shariah aspect as well as their contemporary applied forms, pointing out their distinguishing features. In this regard he also examines the positions towards those contracts taken by some fiqh academies, the most important among them being the Islamic Fiqh Academy of the Muslim World League. He also sheds light on a new application of murabahah contract under a new program adopted by a certain bank. The author presents his important remarks regarding the said program. While publishing this for discussion, the Journal invites its readers to present their views on this topic to enrich the research thinking on the subject.
