Scientific Publishing Center Scores First Position at the Level of the Founder University

     The Scientific Publishing Center (SPC) Website has scored the First Position amongst all Research and Excellence Centers at the Founder University.  The periodical evaluation of the University Centers Websites has revealed that the new issue of SPC Website, that has been inaugurated by his Excellency Prof. Adnan bin Hamza Mohamed Zahed, the Vice-President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research a month ago, has achieved the objective standards for the excellence of websites that observe data integration, reactivity degree and the services that benefit those who browse the site, in addition to the related websites and the extent of their integration and effectiveness.    
His Excellency Prof. Abdulrashid bin Abdulaziz Hafez; the SPC Director, has expressed his happiness for this accomplishment and assured  that all the designing and developing stages of the website have been executed by the technological expertise available at the Center. He also added that the basic activity of the Center represented by publishing books and scientific journals has been observed in the design of the new website; as SPC represents the Executive Body of KAU Council. He mentioned also that the Center furnishes the abstracts and full text services through an open access availability of the Journal of King Abdulaziz University. This has participated immensely in the visibility of KAU intellectual product locally and internationally and resulted in a number of correspondences requesting the SPC paper print publications, in addition to a number of electronic ones asking for publishing books and articles through the Center. The new Website also avails a number of social interaction characteristics, email services, and KAU news and achievements.
