Abstract : The study focus on the effect of social networks on workers in unilever company. The main objectivs of the study to recognize the reality of social me-dia applications in the company and also identify how the employees used social appllication as well as to improve their work. The researcher used the descriptive approach and distributed aquestion-naire to the company employees. The main results of the study are 80% of respondents are using social media applications in the the company in order to exchange knowledge and information retrieval. Study reached to several recommendations such as allowing information literacy. Cultre in the company and renew the regulations of social media applications.
